Jean	ba3803e01c	chanserv: topic, invite, akick, list, status ... Adds the remaining moderation and listing commands. Jean	acd0e60946	chanserv: op, deop, voice, devoice, kick, ban, unban ... Adds channel moderation commands sourced from the ChanServ pseudoclient.
